Meet our team!

Tricia Duncan-Hassel, Psy.D., M.A. Clinical Psychologist

I am the founder and CEO of Find Hope Therapy.  My patients lovingly call me "Dr. Trish." I have been a clinical psychologist for over 25 years. I am admittedly a "brain-nerd," as I love learning about how our brains work and can make us better. I am just as passionate today about helping people and studying psychology, as I was when I first began.  I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for trauma/PTSD, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and OCD, as well as Psychodynamic approaches which connect our past to our present. I utilize a "Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual" approach to treatment, as it takes balance in all 4 areas of life to achieve overall health and wellness. In addition, I offer testing and treatment of ADHD, as I had to become an expert on this topic when it touched my very own son.  I also hold a Masters in Theology, and offer Christian-based therapy for those who are seeking it. Additionally, I enjoy supervising interns and practicum students to "pay it forward" to the next generation of therapists. Thank you for stopping by our page, and I wish you peace and contentment on your journey to wellness.
